Shipping Policy
We will ship your order within 2-5 business days! Due to an influx of orders during releases and restocks, do expect closer to 7 business days for orders to ship. Our packing team does not ship on the weekend or holidays.
Your location will then determine the amount of time your package arrives. We ship through USPS which takes 2-5 business days for the arrival, however delivery date cannot be guaranteed by our team.
We shipping according to the address typed at checkout. If you give us the wrong address, we are not liable to give a refund or to replace your order.
The Humble Soles is not responsible for lost packages. We prove tracking with every purchase. We encourage you to contact your local USPS office with your tracking number.
We are not responsible for replacing items or refunding orders.
International Shipping
We ship to several international countries. All sales are FINAL once shipped. We do not accept returns for international orders and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
Please be aware that customs and duty charges may occur and will be charged by your country. The Humble Soles is not responsible for these fees. The amount is determined by your country and are not included in your shipping costs. The Humble Soles will not commit tax fraud by declaring a smaller amount on the package shipped, through falsifying documents.
Sale Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will not modify, refund, nor accept returns for sale items. Discount codes cannot be combined in our system.
Can my orders be combined?
We often receive requests to send multiple orders together during a restock, release, or sale. You may contact us with your request, but we cannot guarantee your order will be able to be combined.
My package or product arrived damaged.
If there is a manufacture defect, upon delivery, please contact us and we can discuss it with you. Variations/imperfections of leather will occur. This is not basis for a return.
Do you price adjust if I purchased before a sale started?
We do not price adjust before or after a sale. Our sales are always time specific and we will not price adjust.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted for unused products in their original packaging only. If the item you wish to return does not meet these requirements, we do have a Facebook group where you can try to sell your second-hand shoes!
We do not refund canceled orders. Shop credit will be issued for the amount.
We do not accept returns for refunds.
Pre orders cannot be returned as the pair is made specifically for you
We do accept exchanges but for shop credit only. We do not do item for item exchange, due to the difficulty of keeping our inventory in stock.
Full price items may be returned for shop credit. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you would like to arrange an exchange. After the 5 days, we are not responsible to accept any exchanges. Shoes must be unused, resalable, and in original packaging. Please contact our team before you ship your item for approval. We recommend sending via USPS Padded Flat Rate Envelope with tracking. Tracking is important because we cannot process a return if an item has not been received and tracking is not available. This will insure you that your exchange items make it to the proper place. Shipping and postage costs are non-refundable.
Upon receiving returned items, The Humble Soles reserves the right to deny any return should the items not meet the company's policy requirements.
A $5 restocking fee will be issued to all items returned.
Shop credit expires a year from the date given for the shop credit code.
Please note that shipping costs are not reimbursed for any purchases.
